La Agencia Nacional de Minería, ANM, recuerda a los titulares mineros que para realizar los trámites y solicitar contratos de concesión no se requiere de intermediarios ni tramitadores. Si desean efectuar consultas, los interesados podrán dirigirse a los once puntos de atención dispuestos en el territorio nacional y el Punto de Atención Minera en Bogotá (consultar puntos en <a href="http://www.anm.gov.co/" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-decoration: none;">www.anm.gov.co</a>).

En particular, si se trata de gestionar los contratos de concesión, la única manera de hacer la solicitud es a través de sitio web de la entidad en servicios en línea radicador web. Una vez procesada dicha solicitud, la persona deberá entregar la documentación requerida en los puntos de atención de la Agencia, donde funcionarios de la entidad debidamente acreditados los recibirán y analizarán a fin de elaborar el contrato minero.
